There's a beautiful silence that only we can see
and it came without knowing, the measure it would bring

when audible words hide and fail to be said
a masterpiece-poem for you, fills my head

let me take this silent time
to capture this painting in my head
may it lead the next line
of what must be said

there's a beautiful silence
that only we can hear
a silent note of the heart
a crashendo in our ear
